Body Found, 2 Cars Pulled From Cooper River In Pennsauken, Reports Say (Developing)

Dive teams pulled three cars and one body from the Cooper River in Pennsauken on Thursday, May 16, according to multiple news outlets.

A large police presence was reported along Route 130 at around 3 p.m. It appears the vehicles had been in the water for some time, 6abc.com reported.

Footage obtained by Daily Voice shows a newer-model Audi SUV being towed from the scene.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office would not confirm any details and said only that there was no danger to the public. More details were expected to be released on Friday morning, May 17, the office said.

A body was found in one of the vehicles, cbsnews.com reported, quoting police.

Pennsauken police were not releasing any details at press time.
